DRAFT FOR COUNSEL. NOT LEGAL ADVICE. NOT IN FORCE. This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It includes the use restrictions of the licence of the AI model the Service runs (the model licensor's acceptable use policy, by version) [counsel to attach the current text by reference]. If the two differ, the stricter rule applies. You must not use the Service to create, upload or share: 1. Sexual or sexually suggestive content of anyone, including AI-generated people. 2. Anything involving a minor in a sexual, abusive or harmful context, or realistic depictions of minors made from uploaded photos. Uploads that look like they may show a minor are blocked. 3. A real person's likeness or voice without their documented consent, including deepfakes, impersonation and lip-sync to someone else's voice. You must confirm consent for each upload that shows a face or contains a voice. 4. Content that harasses, threatens, defames or discriminates against people, or promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm. 5. Deceptive content: fake news, election or political disinformation, fraud, scams, or content presented as real when it is not. 6. Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights. 7. Anything illegal where you are or where we operate. You must not: 8. Remove, alter or hide the AI-generated labels, provenance metadata or watermarks on outputs, or help anyone else do so. 9. Use outputs to train or improve other AI models. 10. Automate access, scrape, resell or share access to your account, or try to get around limits, metering or safety checks. 11. Probe, attack or overload the Service or the machines it runs on. 12. Use the Service from a sanctioned country or region, or on behalf of a sanctioned person. Label AI-generated content wherever the law or a platform you publish on requires it. Enforcement: blocked renders are free. Breaking this policy can lead to a strike, suspension or closure of your account without refund of the affected hours [counsel], and we report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities. You can appeal decisions. Report abuse: use "Report this video" or write to [email protected]. We aim to act on valid reports within 48 hours.
